the performance of finished batteries. The main testing items include: open circuit voltage, AC internal resistance, discharge test, discharge

 

overcurrent test, short circuit protection test, charging test, and charging protection test.

 

Equipment introduction

 

● The testing instrument has two main functions, namely battery production testing mode and calibration mode. Therefore, this device can be used as an electronic load and a comprehensive testing instrument.



● The specific testing items are: testing the battery open circuit voltage, battery AC internal resistance, continuous charging current, continuous charging voltage, continuous discharge current, continuous discharge voltage, charging overcurrent protection current, discharge overcurrent protection current, short circuit protection time, overcurrent delay time, and voltage after testing. The device uses an infrared scanning gun barcode input (SN) to start the test or automatically starts the test when voltage is detected.



● Scope of application: For lithium-ion batteries equipped with (CH+P+CH - P -), all series of power batteries.
