The CBNFX-10 18650-32700 cylindrical battery testing and sorting machine is an automatic sorting device suitable for voltage/internal resistance testing of long cylindrical battery cells of various specifications. 9 good product grades, 1 defective product grade
Applicable battery cell models: 18650/18700/21700/26650/26700/32650/32700, etc., can complete the sorting of about 3000 cylindrical finished battery cells per hour. Installing a scanning mechanism can achieve data query for a single battery cell. The mechanical structure design is simple, and the system testing performance is stable.
The battery cell is placed in the silo – the pulsator disturbs the flow of the battery cell to the conveyor belt – the battery cell is conveyed to the preparation position – the displacement cylinder pushes the battery cell to the steering wheel – completes the transposition – pushes it to the testing position – the testing needle presses the battery cell – the tester reads the data – transmits it to the computer – the battery cell is conveyed to the scanning position to complete the scanning – the computer performs gear matching – the battery cell is transferred to the sorting belt – the sorting belt runs to the designated gear – the gear cylinder acts to push the battery cell out.

Equipped with scanning function, the upper computer can record and display sorting data and query operations in real time. The diameter range is 18-32MM, and the length range is 65-70MM, which can be used for sorting.
