Our independently developed 135° electric precision rotating welding head is ideal for irregular nickel strips. The anti-sticking needle design ensures reliable operation, while the buffer spring pressure adjustment mechanism enables precise weld pressure control, effectively minimizing cell damage.
Dual-purpose machine
Suitable for spot welding battery packs and BMS assemblies. With customized fixtures, the system accommodates cell heights from 50 mm to 144 mm, covering 18650 through 33140 cylindrical cells.
